Booty Builder Gym Workout

I think we can all agree a great bum is what’s it’s all about these days.

We all want that perky booty 🍑

I would like to share with you a great booty builder workout that I’m currently doing at the gym. I’m doing this particular workout twice a week now and I can definitely feel the burn 🔥

Superset – When you do 2 exercises back to back with little to no rest in between.

Time: Approx 60mins but if you’re short on time just take out the finisher or 1 circuit.

The Gym Booty Builder Workout

Circuit 1.

Superset

3 sets x 10 reps – Sumo Deadlifts (increase weight every set)

3 sets x 5 reps each side – Dumbbell Step Ups

Circuit 2.

Superset

3 sets x 10 reps – Barbell Glute Bridges (increase weight every set)

3 sets x 10 reps – Split Lunges

Circuit 3.

Superset

3 sets x 5 reps each side – Raised Dumbbell Lunges (increase weight every set)

3 sets x 10 Frog Kicks

Circuit 4.

Superset

3 sets x 15 reps each side – Cable Kickbacks (increase weight every set)

3 sets x 10 reps – Squat Jumps

The Finisher

10mins – Incline walk (incline on highest & power walking level)

OR

10mins Sprints (for anyone that’s still got gas in the tank)

I normally do 10 sets of 20sec sprints & 20sec rest. (Make sure you don’t fall off!)
